One of the most difficult things about finding a good marketing service provider or consultant/fractional CMO is knowing if the investment you make with them is actually going to turn into an ROI.

Maybe you’ve hired an agency or consultant in the past who promised you the world, and then failed to deliver.

Happily taking their fee on the front end, and leaving you wondering what in the world you were thinking in the first place.

If so, you’re not alone.

And really, that’s kind of the thing when it comes to the marketing industry as a whole, right?

The lack of trust.

The uncertainty involved.

Who do you know that you can trust?

Who actually has the “chops” when it comes to delivering results?

Not only that, but who can you find that’s willing to work on your marketing systems from a faith driven, scripture focused point of view?

Knowing they’re not going to do anything “weird” or “gimmicky” to try and get you results.

Not doing things that you wouldn’t do.

That’s the other side of the coin, right?

Can they drive results, and can they do it in a God honoring way?

If they’re operating in a consulting or fractional CMO role, can they help your team do the same thing?

Drive results, and do it in an honorable way.

Focused on being the best steward of your advertising investment that they can be.

Trying to “work as unto the Lord” in all that they do.

Of course, there’s nothing wrong with hiring a secular marketing expert/consultant to help drive your business forward, but for a lot of Christian business owners (and their teams), they would prefer if they can find someone that aligns with their faith.

Knowing that best marketing practices will be used and implemented, but will also be done from a God honoring point of view.

Not only that, but knowing that the person they are working with has “skin in the game”.

Being willing to get paid AFTER they drive you results, or after they help your team to drive results.

Not taking your money on the front end and hoping for the best.

But sitting down with you (or your team), going over expectations and goals as it relates to marketing, and then “rolling up their sleeves” getting to work helping your team, or directly working on your marketing systems and then (and only then) getting paid AFTER they’ve delivered you results.

And being willing to not get compensated if they can’t deliver. (which can happen even with the best of marketing services providers and consultants - me included).

And that’s exactly what my focus is.

Working with fellow believers in Christ (that have businesses with 10+ employees, spending $12K+/month on advertising) on a “pay after results” basis.

Meaning, I only get paid after I deliver you real, tangible, measurable results, and not before.

And please note: I’m not perfect when it comes to delivering results.

I won’t knock it out of the park 10/10 times.

Because truthfully, there are a lot of variables at play.

The main one being your market is the one who decides whether they want to do business with your company or not.

And my focus is to align your marketing with what your market actually wants.

And I/we won’t always get it right.

But that’s why I ALWAYS focus on the fundamentals.

Best practices.

And put myself in a position to only get paid when you get results.

Someone who’s built a successful company.

Serving your customers at the highest level.

Maybe not having a cross in your logo, or bibles on every table in your office, but running your business in a way that reflects the Lord, and working to honor Him in everything that you do.
